Why Is This Happening?
The answer is likely to be quite simple, and also a bit awkward for Microsoft:
It will estimate your monitor’s resolution based on screen size. This would mean that Win 10 would almost count any 4K monitor you have as definitely twice the size of any 2K monitor you might be using.

Once you’ve set up the position of all your monitors, all you need to do is hit the play button in the bottom right corner.
